Prior to establishing DVA Structural Consultants, Mr. Agnihotri spent 11 successful years at TATA Consulting Engineers, honing his skills and expertise. He also completed an Executive MBA from the prestigious S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, further enhancing his business acumen.

With a profound knowledge in Dynamics of structures, Earthquake Engineering, and Finite Element Method, Mr. Agnihotri is a recognized expert in the field. His expertise extends to the design of various projects in the Industrial, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, and Water sectors.

Under Mr. Agnihotri’s leadership, DVA Structural Consultants thrives as a trusted consultancy firm, providing clients with innovative and practical solutions. With his wealth of experience and commitment to excellence, he continues to drive the company forward in delivering outstanding results.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gadgil has worked with renowned organizations, including TATA Consulting Engineers, Mott MacDonald UK, and Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions. This diverse experience has allowed him to gain extensive knowledge and practical insights into the Industrial, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Power sectors.

One area of particular interest for Mr. Gadgil is Building Information Modeling (BIM). With his deep understanding and passion for this innovative technology, he leverages BIM to optimize project efficiency, collaboration, and coordination.
